Dr. Shad Foster is a lifelong resident of Van Wert, OH. He was born and raised in Van Wert, OH. He graduated from Van Wert High School in 1989. Prior to attending chiropractic school, Dr. Foster attended Bowling Green State University and Ohio State University. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology and graduated from National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, IL in December, 1996 with his Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree.
Dr. Foster has been practicing since 1997, when he started as an associate at Casebere Chiropractic. Casebere Chiropractic was established at this location in 1978 until 2001 when it became Foster Family Chiropractic. Since he began practicing chiropractic, Dr. Foster has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced chiropractic care.
Dr. Foster has been actively involved with Van Wert High School where he has served as a team physician since 1998. He currently is involved with with several local organizations; First United Methodist Church, Van Wert Rotary, Van Wert County YMCA Board, Ohio State Chiropractic Association, and Indiana State Chiropractic Association.
He is married to his wife, Kelly since 1999 and has three children Finley, Keaton and Flannery.
